We manufacture and supply umbrellas, raincoats, and related rain-protection products for retail and wholesale/bulk buyers. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided as accurately as possible, but minor variations in color, print, or finish may occur due to manufacturing batches. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order, including for bulk/wholesale quantities, at our discretion — for example due to stock availability or pricing errors.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order size, destination, and courier/logistics conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

4. Refunds & Replacements

We do not offer refunds. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for replacement only, within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund & Replacement Policy for full details.
